Terms of Service

1. Subscriptions and Trials

EzRMS is offered on monthly and yearly subscription plans priced in Saudi Riyals (SAR). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected term. Extra users beyond the plan allowance are charged at 50 SAR per user per month. There is no setup fee.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; there are no long-term contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, resell access without written permission, or use EzRMS for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping user credentials secure.

4. Hardware

Hardware is sold as a one-time purchase with a 1-year manufacturer warranty and free shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Software subscriptions are sold separately.

5. Availability and Support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided in Arabic and English. Onsite installation and training are available in Riyadh.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzTechify's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh.
