Effective Date: 1 January 2026

These Terms govern your use of EzRMS software and services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Payment

Pay-as-you-go: You pay monthly or annually in advance. No long-term commitment – you can cancel anytime.
Annual Plans: Enjoy a 10% discount on the monthly rate when paid yearly.
Pricing: Fees are as displayed on our website. All prices are in SAR and exclude VAT where applicable.
Free Trial: 14-day trial with full features – no credit card required.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each user must have a unique account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EzRMS only for lawful purposes.
You shall not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the software.

4. Data Ownership

All data you input into the system remains your property. We do not claim ownership.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, EzTechify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EzRMS. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
